We are presenting to you three videos, on which you can see the work of our machine model Accurate 406. You may want to review its characteristics.
We produce even more advanced models and you can be interested in the comparison of our machines with automatic tool change. For Accurate machines automatic tool change option is achieved by keeping the system's accuracy, which is not the case for most of our competitors. You can read why in the article Myths And Truths in the PCB Prototyping (point 2).
Our software PhCNC is simple, fast, smart, stable and easy-to-use. It is the best gerber interpretator!
What you cannot see on the videos is that we also offer vacuum table as an option.
This video is the first part of a trilogy that
shows our ATC (Automatic Tool Change) systems, during the PCB (Printed
Circuit Board) prototyping process. The video shows the real machining of
the top layer of a medium density PCB. Featured in the video is our Accurate
406 model.
This video is the second part of a trilogy that
shows how our PhCNC control software executes a so called “fiducial
registration” (optical matching of top and bottom layers). All of our
systems that are equipped with camera/microscope option and upgraded
software to PhCNC Pro revision are capable of this.
This video is the last part of a trilogy that shows our ATC (Automatic Tool Change) systems, during the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) prototyping process. It presents the real machining of a medium density PCB. This part covers machining of the bottom layer, including the placement of break out tabs in the process of final board cut out. Featured in the video is our Accurate 406 model.
